Marketing Coordinator

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Apartment Showcase


The Apartment Showcase is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide sales and administrative support to the sales team and graphic design assistance to the Art Department for our apartment guidebook and website.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you would be relied upon for the following:

Sales Support:
-Prepare proposals, graphcs, correspondence
-Data entry of apartment data into ACT and website back-end databases
-Assist sales personnel with client meeting preparation

Production assistance:
-Ad Trafficking between Sales and Art Department
-Minor changes to ad content in InDesign, Photoshop & back-end of website
-Ad proofreading

Desirable Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years Marketing, Administrative, Graphic Design, Sales Support or other related experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook

-Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

-Experience with ACT a plus, but not required

-Knowledge of HTML a plus, but not required
-Attention to detail and highly accurate
-Ability to work independently
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially spelling & grammar) 

- Strong customer service skills
