Description:

Seeking undergraduate junior or senior student for unpaid Editorial/New Media Internship at Greater Washington Publishing, LLC in our Vienna, VA office for the SUMMER SEMESTER to work with our Guide to Retirement Living magazine & website. Excellent opportunity in a small office environment to learn the fundamentals of writing for both print and online.

Candidates must be reliable and commit to the same block of time each week, and be willing to take direction (dates are flexible). Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college/university and able to receive college credit for the internship. Internship duties include editing articles, writing articles, updating online content, and optimizing for SEO.

Previous experience on college-level publication and/or website is helpful.  Knowledge of MS Office required.  WordPress experience preferred but not required.
