Description:
Leverage your ability to build relationships and make sales to produce attractive sales earnings! The Apartment Showcase & ApartmentShowcase.com, the area's #1 apartment finding resource, is seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to sell print and online advertisements to apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service and monthly onsite visits
- Devise online and print marketing strategies to address client needs
- Meet sales goals through selling various ads to existing and prospective clientele
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Submit ad changes adhering to deadline schedule
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (1+ years)
- Advertising experience a plus, but not required
- Self motivated and driven to succeed
- Sound understanding of online and print media advertising sales trends
- Ability to solve problems, organize and manage time independently
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Display exceptional presentation skills
- Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit
