Leverage your ability to build relationships and make sales to produce attractive sales earnings! The Apartment Showcase
& ApartmentShowcase.com, the area's #1 apartment finding resource, is seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to sell
print and online advertisements to apartment communities.

As an Account Executive, you will be given a book of business of current advertising clientele. It is your job to be the
apartment communities' "marketing consultant," providing ongoing marketing counsel and presenting advertising
opportunities, while also prospecting and building new business. You will be visiting your apartment communities,
located throughout the Washington DC Metro area, on a regular basis to build and maintain these strong relationships.

If you are looking for an office job, this position is not for you. You will be in the office on Mondays for sales meetings
and on monthly deadline days. Otherwise, you will be working out in the field and your home office.


Your qualifications include:
*Outside sales experience and/or Advertising sales experience
*Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships
*Proven ability to prospect and close sales
*Excellent customer service skills
*Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
*Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
*Self driven, motivated and results oriented
