We are currently seeking a Ruby on Rails Web Developer to join our Web Department.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1+ years of professional experience developing websites using Ruby on Rails
• Working understanding of the Model View Controller framework
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with JavaScript
• A working knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL
• Scripting (Ruby/Perl/Bash), Configuring Apache
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Work effectively on multiple tasks

Desirable Skills:

Any of the following experience would be beneficial but is not required:
Mongrel, Capistrano, Webistrano, GIT, Subversion, XHTML, CSS, Prototype/Scriptaculous, Linux server admin , Web Services, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, Mod-jk
