Seeking upper level undergraduate and graduate Digital Photography students for a Summer semester unpaid internship at new shelter publication, Washington Spaces. Candidates must be reliable and able to commit to the same block of time each week (Approx.16hrs/week). Also must be willing to take direction and assist Editors. Previous experience on college level publications is helpful, as well as knowledge of layout and design.

Job duties include assisting Editors in all phases of photography production, including but not limited to tracking photography for stories, contacting photographers for releases, accompanying Editors and Graphic Designers on photography assignments, as well as scouting assignments, taking photos as backups and suggesting non-traditional angles, lighting and layout ideas.
